Emergency Programs staff and cooperating partners utilize the Incident Command System (ICS) to respond to all-hazards emergencies that impact animals and agriculture. To organize response operations, EP may stand up an Incident Management Team (IMT) and/or activate the Agriculture Emergency Operations Center (AgEOC).

IFARM
The Integrated Food and Agriculture Resource Management (IFARM) application is the primary tool used by NCDA&CS during activations. It has several configurable modules including time tracking, issuing tasks, resource management, and incident command system (ICS) document management.
