Find Your Report

Automatic Email Access. When lab results are complete, you will be sent a notification via the email address associated with your PALS account#. The sender name will be Agronomic LIMS and the subject line will be Agronomic Test Results. The email will contain a link to our PALS website where you can view, pay, and download your report as a PDF or CSV file. If you have not received your report, please check your spam folder before contacting Agronomic Services.

Online Access. All lab reports less than six years old that are associated with your account are available on the customer Portal for Agronomic Laboratory Services (PALS)

  1. Log in to your account with your email address and password.

  1. If you do not have a PALS account, select Don't have an account? Create one!.

  1. Enter your email and confirm your password. Select Create Account.

  1. After logging in, choose Show My Reports to see all reports associated with the account.

  1. Download individual reports as PDF or CSV by choosing the Download link. To download multiple reports, select the box by each report, then choose the Download Selected link.  If you do not see your reports, they may be under either the "Client" or "Advisor" tab depending on how you listed yourself on the submission form. If the report is not listed under either tab, contact Agronomic Services at (919) 664-1600.

Report Status

The Status feature indicates where your sample(s) are in the workflow.

If you don't see your samples listed, they either have not arrived at our lab, or for soil and nematode samples, may have not yet been checked in yet. During busy season, routine soil and nematode samples may stay in our staging area for several weeks beforethey are logged into PALS.

Status Labels

Logged in: Samples have been received by the lab and customer information has been completed by data entry.

Analyzed: Samples have been analyzed by the lab but not yet released by the Lab Director or Lab Agronomist.

Under Review: Reports have been released but are not yet available for download.  This delay is for quality control purposes to allow time to detect any potential errors in the data and is usually 24 business hours or less. For reports that are needed urgently, please contact the Lab Director or Lab Agronomist.

Recheck: Some samples are re-analyzed for quality control purposes, either routinely or because a suspected error is identified. Rechecked samples are typically analyzed within 24-48 hours.

Pay Now: The report has been completed and will be released upon payment. Customers can pay for the report online. If the samples were pre-paid and you suspect an error in payment application, please contact the accounting department at (919) 664-1600, option 3.

Released:  The report is available to the customer by download as PDF or CSV.
