Important notes about online payment

  • Paying through our portal is safe and secure. We do not retain any credit card information.
  • Partial payments on a single report are not accepted through the PALS portal. Contact Agronomic Accounting at (919) 664-1600, Option 3 to make a partial payment.
  • Visa or Mastercard only.

Instructions

Log in

  1. Visit the PALS portal and choose "Login" in the upper right of the banner.

  2. Enter your email and password to login. Follow the steps under Pay for Reports below.

  3. If you do not have a PALS account, select "Don't have an account? Create one!".

    Login with your email and password. Click the "Don't have an account? Create one!" to create an account

  4. Enter your email and confirm your password. Select "Create Account".

Pay for Reports

  1. After logging in, choose  "Show My Reports" to see all reports associated with the account.

  2. Check boxes next to the reports you would like to pay for, then click "Pay Selected".  If you do not see your reports, they may be under either the "Client" or "Advisor" tab depending on how you listed yourself on the submission form.

  3. After choosing "Pay Selected", the "Pay Now Cart" is displayed.  Select payment type and then "Pay Now".  Follow the prompts to submit payment.  After payment is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and will be able to access your reports.
