Structural Pest Control and Pesticides - 2025 Structural Rules Revisions
Nine Structural Pest Control Rules & Regulations were amended and published with an effective date of February 1, 2025. The following Rules were amended:
License & CA Required C&T Training
All Structural Pest Control licensees and certified applicators are required to watch this 52-minute video before the end of their five-year recertification period. If your credential’s five-year renewal period ends on June 30, 2026 you will have until June 30, 2027 to complete the required video. Note: This is not the video required by the NCDA&CS Structural Pest Control & Pesticides Division-Pesticides Section.

Annual Registered Technician Training Video
