Welcome to the Flowers & Gardens Competition Department! 

• Registration Opens: Wednesday, July 1st, 2026
• Registration Closes: Tuesday, September 15th, 2026
• Entry Take In Schedule at the Flower House: 
  • First Show - Saturday, October 10th-Tuesday, October 13th, 2026 from 8 AM-6 PM
                              Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 from 8 AM-2 PM
  • Second Show - Sunday, October 18th, 2026 from 8 AM - 2 PM
  • Third Show - Thursday, October 22nd, 2026 from 8 AM - 2 PM

• The NC State Fair General Fair General Rules & Regulations apply.
• Open to all residents of North Carolina.
• Exhibitor may submit only one entry, per class, per show.
• Container-grown plants must have been in exhibitor’s possession at least 90 days,
• Premiums will be paid only from the judges’ books and not from the ribbons or entry tags.
