Welcome to the Decorated Tables & Trees Department!

• Registration Opens: Wednesday, July 1st, 2026
• Registration Closes: Tuesday, September 15th, 2026
• Entry Setup: If selected to participate, you will be contacted to schedule your entry setup day and time.
• The N.C. State Fair General Fair Rules & Regulations apply.
• Open to all residents of North Carolina.
• Exhibitors in both divisions will be selected through a lottery system. All exhibitors will be contacted by phone or email on September 16th regarding the status of their entry and to schedule a setup time.
