Hickory Mountain Trail in DuPont State Recreational Forest Closed Through Friday, March 20
Forest officials are extending the temporary closure to allow for hazard tree removal. In the interest of safety for visitors & personnel, choose a different trail during visits. Plan Your Visit
Upcoming Parking/Access Aces Closures at DuPont State Recreational Forest
Due to needed parking lot maintenance & work, temporary closures are planned for the Fawn Lake, High Falls & Hooker Falls parking/access areas. Visitors should plan accordingly. More Info / Details
Turkey Knob Trail Closed at Bridge But Usable as "Out-and-Back Trail"
The bridge located on Turkey Knob Trail, one-half mile from the Pinnacle Mountain gate is closed, but the trail can still be used as an “out-and-back trail" as far as the bridge.
