America 250 Wheel is the largest portable observation wheel in the world, and it is coming to The North Carolina State Fair. Towering 230 feet in the air, 75 feet taller than the Skygazer, provides views for 14 miles. It is at least 20' feet taller than any observation wheel in the area. Myrtle Beach's Skywheel is (187'), Washington D.C.'s Capital Wheel (180'), and the Atlanta Observation Wheel (200').

The Wheel is themed to celebrate America's 250th Birthday with each of the 45 gondolas, each seating 6, themed to showcase individuals who have held the highest office in the land, President of the United States of America.
