WHAT:
Media will have the opportunity to cover two stories of interest to Western N.C. There will be an announcement of a significant investment and partnership benefiting Hurricane Helene recovery efforts involving the N.C. Forest Service and the USDA Forest Service.
In addition, the annual Mountain State Fair safety press conference with Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler and N.C. Labor Commissioner Luke Farley and others will take place to discuss fairgrounds safety, traffic control, midway operations and animal exhibits.
