The American 250 Band Organ brings back the joy, nostalgic, and authentic sounds of the outdoor amusement industry. The Band Organ was custom built by the Stinson Organ Co. from Bellefontaine Ohio for the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, MA. but now it is making its rounds to a limited number of fairs and festival.

Get ready to enjoy an inspiring performance playing instruments created by Marc, the One-Man Band. His repertoire aims at every age covering songs from the 60’s thru to today with a mix of Rock, Country, Pop and more. With improv comedic antics, no two shows will be the same.

Want to know how the milk in your grocery store gets there? At the Southland Dairy Classroom, we'll demonstrate how to milk a cow, describe how milk goes from the farm to the consumer, and then answer questions from the audience. We're bringing the dairy experience directly to you by sharing the a process that includes math, science, health (nutrition), and agriculture!

Fire departments from across North Carolina come together at the N.C. State Fair with their clowns, puppet friends and fire prevention houses to educate kids and families about working smoke alarms and why you should have a fire escape plan. Magic tricks will encourage kids to stop, drop and roll and family skits will show the importance of replacing batteries in smoke alarms to keep them going strong!

Get ready for The Red Trouser Show! were circus stunts and comedy collide. With non-stop action and excitement, you will be holding your breath, laughing and cheering as David and Tobin perform acrobatic stunts, juggling and more. Don't miss their show as it will be filled with thrills, spills, and plenty of laughter!

Head up to the N.C. Forest Service area, located behind Heritage Circle, and you'll find The Birdman World Class Bird Show! Joe Krathwohl and his team use creative, positive-reinforcement-based training to produce moving free-flight experiences so you can emotionally connect to their birds and learn more about avian wildlife and conservation.

The Conjurer Fortune Machine is a nod to the Zoltar-style automaton fortune machine that dispenses cards with a fortune. With the Conjurer Fortune Machine, fairgoers will press a button to activate the real live Conjurer who offers funny insights and advice before handing out a souvenir fortune card with an inspiring message.

Cowboy Andy's Wild West Show is a high energy, rapid fire wild west extravaganza including: world-class trick roping, whip crackin, gun spinning, knife throwing, sharpshooting and K-9 performance.

The Carillons of Cast in Bronze consist of 35 bells and have a total weight of four tons each.

Cast in Bronze is the only musical act of its kind in the world and features the only two carillons in history supported by listeners.

Fun musical entertainment "The Strolling Piano" will take the singing pianist for a ride - moving throughout the fair playing and singing popular songs that range from classic rock to Disney favorites. You may even decide to stroll and sign along and request your favorite song!
