Join us on Sunday, July 6ht at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a fun-filled Watermelon Day Celebration!
Don’t miss your chance to sample delicious watermelon varieties. Did you know that watermelons can be red, yellow, or orange? You will be able to try them all. Our 2025 Miss North Carolina Watermelon Queen, Miss Elle Steinlage will also be on site to answer any watermelon questions you may have. At noon, gather for story time and discover how watermelons are grown.
Enjoy kid-friendly activities, free watermelon giveaways, and a chance to engage all five senses at the market – taste the juicy fruit, hear the story, see the vibrant watermelon colors, smell the freshness and even high-five the Queen!
