Hey everyone! Great news — the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market is partnering with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and the Mecklenburg County Health Department’s Food Security Program to bring SNAP/EBT benefits to the market!
Volunteers will be onsite this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to help exchange your SNAP/EBT funds for Market Tokens. And even better — the Double Bucks program is continuing! That’s right: You SNAP, We Match!
You can find the volunteer team in the Got to Be NC Building (the one with the red barn doors) at space A33. Look for the blue flags at the front of the building and at their booth to spot them easily.
