As the year winds down, there are only three more opportunities to exchange SNAP/EBT funds for market tokens at the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market !
Volunteers will be onsite Saturdays:
• November 14th
• November 28th
• December 12th
⏰ 8:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
Thanks to the Charlotte‑Mecklenburg Food Policy Council and the Mecklenburg County Health Department’s Food Security Program, customers can receive an extra $20 in tokens through the Double Bucks Program when they spend $20 or more in SNAP/EBT funds.
That means: Spend $20 → Receive $40 in market tokens!
Find the volunteers in the Got to Be NC building (red barn doors, bathrooms, and ATM).
Once you receive market tokens, you may use them any time the market is open with participating, certified vendors.
Please note: Token exchanges are only available on the three dates listed above.
