Districts intending to participate in the Impaired and Impacted Streams Initiative (IISI) must have at least:
- one active IISI survey completed and approved by the DSWC in the last five years (approved survey list here); or
- one FY2027 IISI Survey submitted by April 17th, 2026 to be reviewed by the DSWC.
This is the deadline to submit a FY2027 IISI survey to the DSWC for review.
