Structural Pest Control and Pesticides - Pesticide Board

General Statute 143-436 created the NC Pesticide Board to include one member each representing the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services; the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources; and the State Health Director or his designee.  The persons so selected may be either members of a policy board or departmental officials or employees.
