There is an ongoing national outbreak of Equine Herpes Virus-1, Equine Herpes Myeloencephalopathy
 (EHV-1/EHM).  Participating in an event is at your own risk. Symptoms to look for include respiratory 
signs, neurological signs, and fever. These events are NOT sponsored or sanctioned by the 
North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. If you have any questions or 
concerns, please contact the event coordinators.
