We’re excited to invite you to Ponds, People & Partnerships: Pond Maintenance, Wildlife Management & Working with People, a hands-on training focused on both the technical and communication skills needed to support landowners effectively. This workshop will cover practical pond maintenance, wildlife habitat planning, and how to build strong partnerships with agencies such as the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and Natural Resources Conservation Service.

This is a remote MS Teams meeting to share updates on the Falls Lake strategy readoption process. The intention is to make sure Districts are informed about where the readoption process currently stands and of upcoming opportunities for public comment. This meeting is specifically scheduled for Soil and Water Conservation Districts to ask questions and discuss updates together. The following items will be covered:
