On the Horizon

Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will host the 5th Annual Commissioner’s Food Safety Forum Aug. 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Kerr Scott Building, State Fairgrounds, Raleigh.

Keynote speakers include Dr. David Acheson, FDA Assistant Commissioner for Food Protection; Mike Taylor, author of Stronger Partnerships for Safer Food; and Dr. Donald Zink, senior scientist at the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition.
