The mission of Kopper Top Life Learning Center is to strive to empower and enable individuals with special needs by providing therapeutic horseback riding and recreational therapy designed to increase self-confidence and improve their quality of life through the use of animals.

We provide animal assisted therapy, horticulture therapy, therapeutic horseback riding,Birthday Parties, Inclusive day camp, farm tours and recreation therapy in a rural farm setting.

We provide services to all individuals with or without disabilities; such as, social, emotional, cognitive, behavioral, physical, developmental, hearing and visual impairments.

From Greensboro/West: Take Hwy. 421 to Hwy. 62 turn left. Follow Hwy. 62 to Coble Church Road, turn left onto Coble Church Road and go to the dead end. Turn right onto Kimesville Road go 1 3/4 miles on the left to 6657 Kimesville Road. From Burlington/East: Take Hwy. 62 south to the Alamance Historical Site. Turn left across from the house onto Kimesville Road. Follow Kimesville Road approximately 6 miles, road changes to Alamance Church Road. Go to Kimesville Road on the left. Turn left and go 1 3/4 miles to 6657 Kimesville Road on left.

Special News

Kopper Top Life Learning Center, Inc. is a public non profit agency operating on donations, grants and fees for service. We try hard to accommodate anyone interested in our services. Our 10th Annual Celebrate Spring on the Farm will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009, an Open House/Fundraising event for everyone. Join us at our farm for hay rides, horse patty bingo, riding demonstrations, pony rides for kids, playing with the animals, games, food, fun and entertainment. We are also hoping to raise funds for our Camp FreeSpirit, an inclusive day camp. There will be fees for the pony rides, silent auction and horse patty bingo. Donations please for food and drinks.
