Calaboose Cellars

Grapes Doing Time...

About Us
In the shadows of the Great Smoky Mountains, there's an old stone building with bars on the windows that overlooks our small vineyard. Legend has it that the local lawman locked up the hooligans here to cool down until they went before the magistrate. Now we use the jailhouse to incarcerate ourwines. We are the first winery west of Biltmore!

We are a micro winery located just up the river from the Smoky Mountain Expressway in far Western North Carolina.

If you're driving from Chattanooga/Cleveland, TN to white water rafting on the Nantahala River, the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad in Bryson City, or the Great Smoky Mountains National Park; then pull off the "four- lane" in Andrews and pay us a visit!
