NC Ag Awareness Day - March 20, 2019

Join Commissioner Troxler, the N.C Farm Bureau, NC Grange, Agribusiness Council, commodity groups and more as we bring awareness to the legislature about the importance of agriculture in North Carolina.

This year it is more important than ever that we take the time to thank our legislators for their prior support and communicate how important agriculture is to our state.

The agenda and a map of the Bicentennial Plaza and Legislative Complex follows. Please note: Due to limited downtown parking, shuttle buses will be running from the State Fairgrounds. Plan to park at the Fairgrounds, visit the Welcome Center at the Kerr Scott Building and ride the shuttle.

• 8:30 a.m. Shuttle Service Begins
  • From Fairgrounds to “Shuttle Stop” on E. Jones Street *
• 12:30 p.m. Shuttle Service Resumes
  • Pick-up at “Shuttle Stop” on E. Jones Street to return to Fairgrounds
• 1:30 p.m. Last Shuttle from downtown
  • Last pick-up at “Shuttle Stop” on E. Jones Street to return to Fairgrounds
