Sample information forms are revised from time to time. Use the most recent version whenever possible and provide your e-mail address so we can notify you when your reports are complete.

Online Submission of Soil Sample Information

Please submit soil and nemtode sample information electronically through the PALS website by creating a secure login account. Soon, online submission will be available for other types of agronomic samples.
