Professional Development - Technical Training Scholarship
Scholarships are currently being offered to soil and water conservation district employees. These scholarships are designed to provide financial support to district employees to obtain technical training and enable district employees to continue to improve their technical skills in order to better serve the clients in their district.

What will be included in the scholarship?
The scholarship will include the applicants registration fee to attend continuing education at the specified event as well as subsistence costs pursuant to NC Office of State Budget and Management policies. The subsistance costs will be paid to the applicant through reimbursement.
How will district employee be reimbursed?
All eligible reimbursements shall be submitted on proper forms and include supporting documentation. All travel reimbursement will be directly deposited; with the first request for travel reimbursement district employees must complete a Substitute W-9 Form and the direct deposit form posted below.
