Structural Pest Control and Pesticides - Pesticide Exam Information

Online Pesticide Exams

You must preregister for an exam by completing the online exam registration form (choose the New, Recertification or Add a Category option). Standard NCDA&CS pesticide exam fees still apply, but an additional $26 is charged per exam to cover the online testing service fee.

Please review the Online Exam Guidelines prior to registering for any online Pesticide Exam.

In-Person Pesticide Exams

In-person attendance may be limited; only those who have preregistered are guaranteed the ability to take exams.

All exam fees will be collected on the day of exam. Credit cards are accepted at most Raleigh testing locations but are not yet accepted at all locations. If you plan on paying with credit card, please call to ensure this payment method is accepted at your testing location. If paying with check or money order, make out to NCDA&CS. If paying in cash, please bring exact change. Receipts will be provided.

Due to the limited seating capacity, if you are registered for an exam and are unable to attend, you must notify the Pesticide Section at least 48 hours in advance or you may not be eligible to attend another exam for 60 days.
