Preparing Your Farm for Weather Disasters

Farmers weather many storms each growing season. Since 1996, North Carolina farmers have experienced damaged crops from nearly a dozen hurricanes and tropical storms. Many farmers are wondering "What can I do to prepare for a hurricane?" The following guidelines offer some ideas for how to prepare for such a situation.
