The main agenda item will be a discussion of the N.C. Egg Law, which governs the grading, labeling and sanitation of eggs sold in the state. Speakers will include an egg producer and representatives of the state Food and Drug Protection Division and N.C. Egg Association.

agenda items include a presentation by Tom Wall, associate director of the N.C. Rural Center, about the N.C. Capital Access Program, and updates from council subcommittees.
