Structural Pest Control Committee
approves settlement agreements

RALEIGH — The following settlement agreements were approved by the N.C. Structural Pest Control Committee on Aug. 23:

• Larry R. Snipes, owner of Pest Arrestor Inc. in Wilmington, agreed to pay $800 for performing structural pesticide work with an inactive license.
  
• Randy B. Etheridge, owner of Etheridge Pest Services Inc. in Wake Forest, agreed to pay $800 for performing structural pesticide work with an inactive license.
• B&B Pest Control Inc. of Wadesboro agreed to pay $800 for failing to supervise the structural pest control work performed by one of the licensee’s employees.
• Richard Schuyler, a registered technician for B&B Pest Control Inc. in Wadesboro, agreed to pay $1,200 for applying Malathion 50% Emulsifiable Insecticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling and for failing to provide true information about the application to field specialists representing the N.C. Structural Pest Control Committee.
