Troxler to deliver first State of Agriculture address
at forum Thursday, Feb. 5
| WHO/WHAT: |
Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will deliver his first State of Agriculture address during the fourth annual Ag Development Forum. The focus of this year’s forum is the economy and its effect on agriculture.
Other speakers will include economist Dr. Michael Walden of N.C. State University, talking about the state and national economic outlook for agriculture, and a panel of experts discussing the outlook for farm credit.
The forum, which is being held in conjunction with the Southern Farm Show, is free and open to the public. |
