Us:
Randy and Carolyn Edmundson the owners of Edmundson Produce Farm & Market& Bakery. We farm and operate our produce market and bakery ourselves. Our son Hunter also works on farm and at the market. Our daughter Ashley Edmundson is a current student at UNCW and helps out when she is home. Randy's parents, Tom & Anita Edmundson also help on farm.
We have farmed in Henderson County for 18 years. We currently grow approximately 200 acres of produce and our local honey. We are now also selling locally to the public and wholesale to fruit stand and restaurants.
We decided to open our market in May 2007. We wanted to provide availability to the local people in Hendersonville and people traveling though the area. Instead of just to large grocery chains. Now we are opening our bakery on the same premises in March 2008.
Our Products:
Vegetables, sweet corn, tomatoes, peppers, squash, zucchini, cabbage, eggplant, eggs - regular & double yolk, Amish butter, Honey, molasses, jams, jellies, relishes, pickles, and hoop cheese, breads, cakes, pies, cookies, apples, strawberries, peaches, cantaloupes, watermelons, seasonal fruits, crafts - local handmade, pottery - local, soaps.
