We have a beautiful garden around the house that feels like a farm in our hearts...
We have always dreamed with a farm with chickens roaming in the green pasture, bees buzzing around the flowers, a cow mooing in the neighbor’s farm, the sweet, fresh and tangy smell of herbs after the rain in a hot summer night and zillions of tomatoes, red peppers, squashes and cucumbers ready for a salad right from our garden.
By this time of the year our kitchen is filled with different aromas coming from the herbal breads that are being baked in the oven or from the pots over the stovetop that are steeping fresh herbs in all kind of juices to get the most finest and flavorful teas, the heart of our herbal jellies.
