Folks in Eastern North Carolina have enjoyed their unique style of barbecue for generations. Today, Boddie-Noell’s BBQ & Ribs Co.
brings this authentic taste to you. Our two restaurants in
Graham and Siler City feature hickory smoked Eastern NC Barbecue
and Ribs as well as southern favorites like fried and barbecued chicken, chicken & dumplings, fried catfish, shrimp, delicious home-style vegetables, and banana pudding and cobblers like your grandmother makes.
We take a lot of pride in our barbecue and our customers love it!
We use only premium Boston Butts and St. Louis Style Ribs, and slow
cook them for eleven hours over hickory logs in natural gas fired
barbecue pits. Cooked to perfection, the meat is chopped and seasoned with our famous “Pigwyzz” (vinegar seasoning) for barbecue that gives
it that unbeatable Eastern NC flavor. We also have sliced barbecue and ribs that are served with our original “Chicken & Ribs Sauce”.
