About US
The Chatham County Center of the North Carolina Cooperative Extension Service will be conducting Farm-City Week to increase awareness about the importance of farming and agribusiness to the economic well-being and quality of life in Chatham County.

As part of Farm City Week, 2004 Farm Fun Day will be on Saturday, October 9, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the National Guard Armory in Siler City. Farm Fun Day is a major agriculture promotional and educational family event. Events and activities will include agriculture educational exhibits, antique and modern farm equipment, kiddie tractor pull, a free petting zoo, pony rides, door prizes, food and local entertainment, 4-H/REINS horse demonstration, and “parade of breeds.”

Admission is free.
