Otter Creek Trout Farm

You Otter Be Eating Our Trout!

About Us
Like many drawn to this area of western North Carolina, Alex and Nicole came seeking a better and simpler life. Originally a part-time operation, Alex has worked to make OCTF into a full-time one, providing humanely grown rainbow trout for stocking ponds and streams, offering farm tours, and providing 1/2 mile of stocked stream to anglers by appointment. Nicole tends the yearly vegetable garden and offers all-natural handmade soaps and body products made from ingredients in her herb garden.

Located in beautiful Nantahala, OCTF provides fresh trout whole or fillet and live trout for stocking or baitfish. We offer 2 oz.- 8+ lb. rainbow trout. Call for pricing. Delivery available. We also offer educational farm tours to school & church groups & the public. Check our hours of operation and then call ahead to schedule your trout tour to learn more about Western North Carolina's aquaculture industry, supporting local farmers, and a more healthful lifestyle by eating farm-fresh rainbow trout.
