About
Us:
Son-Rise Farm is a small acreage, family farm located in Creedmoor, North Carolina. We are conveniently located near Route 85 - Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill.
Our farm strives to share our love of fiber and the old-time fiber arts with others! We also enjoy keeping alive the art of soap-making with our goat milk soaps.
Our Jacob sheep and registered Nubian dairy goats are raised in a true shepherding manner. Wool is harvested, washed, carded (sometimes blended with angora), and hand spun into yarn. Our yarn is then hand woven or knit into one-of-a-kind garments. Our Nubian dairy goats give us milk which we use to make goat milk soap. Food grade oils are used for basic soap and cosmetic grade fragrance oils are added in our scented soaps.
Please contact us for Jacob sheep and registered Nubian goats for sale. We do not sell lambs or kids for Christmas or Easter gifts, but will provide a photo Gift Certificate and arrange pickup after the Holiday.
Our Products:
