It's Delicious!

I grew up in eastern North Carolina near my Great Grandfather's Millside Farm. This allowed me to observe him pit cooking pigs over hot hickory and oak coals. He would always prepare a special barbeque sauce and pour it over the meat. The meat was simmered in this delectable sauce about an hour before it was served to family and friends. I can still smell the sweet, spicy aroma rising with the smoke from the barbeque pit. Because of this tradition, I wanted to capture this flavor to share with you
