Flaming Pig
Flaming Pig Sauces were created over a period of twenty years. In 1998 we began competion cooking across the state of North Carolina. As a result the sauces were refinded. Formal production and distribution of the sauces began in 2000. Flaming Pig Sauces were recognized by The National Barbeque Association in 2002, Fiery Food Challenge 2003, and Cuisine At Home June 2003.
