Mattamuskeet Fresh Produce, Inc. is a packer/ shipper of local produce grown in the Hyde County area of NC.
The business was established in 1991.
We are a seasonal operation:
Spring season- May 25- Aug 10
Fall season - Sept 15- Dec 20
Sales are handled by Northampton Growers, Inc.
Our dedicated growers are Tunnell Farms, Alligator River Growers, and Carawan Farms
Snap Beans are sold under the "Mattamuskeet Fresh Produce" brand
With approximately 1600 acres of produce grown in the spring and 1000 acres in the fall of the year, we tend to get busy at times. We are very proud of our operation and the quality of produce that comes from our growers. It is with this respect that we are obligated to maintain the highest level of quality possible.
