Indigo Farms is a direct farm market that features produce, bakery, garden center, florist & barnyard. We also have tours, event days, special activities.
We are open year round & have many special items that we produce; figs, persimmons, chestnuts, holiday & off season strawberries. We have some certified organic production.

From Shallotte, take Highway 17 south toward NC/SC stateline. You will see Highway sign for INDIGO FARMS about 12-13 miles from Shallotte or 3 miles from SC line.
Monday - Saturday: 8am-5pm except longer during spring, summer & early fall seasons.

| The winter season does not mean we are closed. Actually, the market is still open and there is much activity on the farm. This is the time for pruning grape vines , peach trees, etc. There are lots of repairs and planning to do. But in the process the market is open and the bakery has some neat winter items such as their potato soup which is featured during the middle of the week. We should have more winter strawberries as the days lengthen. The long hard cold in January has really interrupted their production. The farm does have some organic items available now. If you are interested please email to see what is available . The garden center has some nice cameilias and other plants/supplies.
