Us:
Buffalo Creek Farm is a 34-acre family farm in the Piedmont of North Carolina, in the small town of Germanton.

There are numerous animals on our farm. They include: Beef Cattle, Miniature Zebu Cattle, Dorper Cross Sheep, Nigerian Dwarf Dairy Goats, Nubian Dairy Goats, various breeds of Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Llamas. We typically have Nigerian Dwarf Goats (breeding stock) and Nubian Dairy Goats (breeding stock) for sale throughout the year. We also have Dorper Cross Sheep both breeding stock and meat sheep available.
All sheep and goats are enrolled in the National Scrapie Education Initiative program through the USDA.
Our animals are also hormone and antibiotic free.
We do not process or sell meat on our farm, but can recommend our local processor for butchering our animals which are sold on the hoof:

(Call ahead for appointment. Hanging weight/dressed out weight results in a 50-55% weight loss. Removal of fat and bones is an additional weight loss of 15-20%. Processing cost for a 65 lb. lamb is approximately $45. Cost is based on hanging or dressed out weight.)
We offer free delivery of lambs and goats to Mitchell's! Just schedule your appointment and give Mitchell's your cut list. Pick up your USDA inspected vacuum sealed or paper wrapped meat directly from Mitchell's.
