Smith Farms

We farmers in the mountains of NC. We have young children of our own. We have always farmed. This is a 3rd generation farm. We are raising beef with no added hormones, no antibiotics, and no animal by-products. We are raising it the way we want to eat beef. The beef is taken to a USDA approved packing house for preparation where it is prepared and aged appropriately.
