Persimmon Creek Campground, Trout Pond and Farm

Grow our own.

About Us
Seven years ago we built a campground and began raising chickens and seasonal produce for our own consumption and for our campers.

From there we have grown to 250 shiitake mushroom logs in production, 100 blueberry bushes, a high tunnel, 3 pigs, and Nigerian Dwarf Goats, as well as our chickens. We are opening a pay-per-pound trout pond March 2016

It has been our pleasure to show our growing farm operations to any interested guests. For the last four years we have also offered a shiitake mushroom log inoculation workshop to the general public.
