Little Peak Creek Farm is located in Ashe County and is owned and operated by Stephen and Lisa Willingham. The farm is 43 and 1/2 acres and is a collection of farm animals,a cabin built in 1916,a smokehouse, old apple trees,and a terraced garden. There are trails for hiking and an overlook of all the primary mountains of Ashe County and the neighboring mountain ranges in Virginia.
The farm plans to include a vineyard and root cellar,general store,and additional animals in the near future.
Mark Stephen Willingham is an artist, landscaper and visionary. He has been instrumental in the creation and development of Little Peak Creek Farm and is responsible for the cows at, Ashe County Cheese and the historic wall in downtown West Jefferson. He has definate plans for the farms' vision and will design and implement the vineyard,additional trails,tree house overlook and use of animals for food and education.
Lisa Willingham is a retired teacher and incorperated lessons in plants and animals throughout her career in working with young children. She plans to use the farm as a teaching tool for field trips and visits for families with young children. Currently she manages and operates the couples art gallery in West Jefferson, The Artists Theatre and works with her husband caring for their animals and developing the farm.

Currently we are not open to the public but rent a cabin through Vacation Rentals By Owner
We sell honey,jam,and bath products as well as crafts and original art by Mark Stephen Willingham at, The Artists' Theatre, in West Jefferson.
