Us:
Top of the Hill Restaurant & Brewery helped forge the North Carolina micro
brewing renaissance and we are now proud to lead the state in micro distilling
by becoming the first certified organic distillery and first vodka distillery in
North Carolina.
TOPO Vodka, Whiskey and Gin are handcrafted from local, organic wheat in a
copper kettle and columns from a 5th generation still maker.
