MANY OF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH OUR NAME. WE HAVE BEEN RAISING OSTRICHES SINCE 1995. IT IS TIME TO EXPAND THE FARM. THE WAGYU CATTLE SEEMED TO BE THE PERFECT ADDITION. THIS BREED OF CATTLE PRODUCES A MEAT BRIMMING WITH RICH, BEEFY FLAVOR AND TENDERNESS.

AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF ARRIVED AT OUR FARM IN FEBRUARY, 2010. WE HAVE A 100% CERTIFIED WAGYU BULL AND OUR HEIFERS AND STEERS ARE 75% WAGYU. OUR CATTLE ARE PASTURE RAISED AND GIVEN BREWERS GRAIN. THEY DO ENJOY THE OCASSIONAL SIP OF BEER JUST LIKE THEIR ANCESTORS IN KOBE, JAPAN!
