Us:
T.L. Herring and Co. is a family owned and operated business. We are located in Wilson,NC and have been since the start of this business in the 1940's. In 1941, this business was started as a small operation, trading services with local farmers and growers. As the company grew, more family got involved to create the company that you see today.
T.L. Herring and Company processes pork
products along with some beef. We are known for
our pork sausage and chili which has not changed
it's recipe in over 50 years! Providing a consistant
flavor that the old and young can taste. We also
process cooked pork chitterlings, souse meat, and
c-loaf.
In addition to regular inspected products, T.L.
Herring & Co. also processes wild game. Our
facility is a process only facility and does not have
offer any dressing for wild game. We have
processed deer, bear, goose, wild and feral hogs.
