Brooks Bakery is a home-based bake shop specializing in breads, cookies and cakes. We believe in using whole ingredients to create traditional baked goods--letting the flour and sugar, butter and eggs shine with fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts to highlight.
Independently owned and operated by 21-year-old Emily Brooks--Homeschool alumni and graduate of AB-Tech's Baking and Pastry Arts program.

Breads: Banana Nut, Zucchini, Apple Spice or Focaccia squares-$6.50 each.
Cakes: 6" round-$16.16, 10" round-$21.98 and 1/4 sheet-$26.94. Vanilla or chocolate base. Icings: Chocolate, white, strawberry, mint or mocha. Your choice of flavor combinations!
