All Natural Gourmet Ravioli, Pasta and Sauces
Pasta Wench offers fresh, locally produced gourmet, all natural ravioli. I also
offer a vegetarian and gluten free line of pasta's, along with sauces to
complement our unique flavors. All products are fresh or fresh frozen, and
are part of the Goodness Grows in NC program and the Appalachian
Sustainable Agriculture Project.
Local Food Advocate: I support local food, and use local/NC growers for my
products/filling in every possible application, when available. I am currently
seeking growers for our organic line of products. Supporting local growers and
producers is paramount for a vibrant economic community.
I also have a farm, and grown many of our organic herbs and spices used
Andrea's Organics...that is the name of our farm here in the Applachian High
Country of NC. We are seeking our Certified Organic farm certification this
year, and do not use any pesticides or dangerous chemicals on our naturally
grown vegetables and herbs.
