Us:
Wylin Grason Farms is a Fifth Generation locally owned family farm located in the southeast part of Greensboro, North Carolina. The owner has been a farmer for more than 35 years and takes pride in his farm. This farm has existed through the love of family and the love of farming. it is not only a business for us, but a way of life that we enjoy and take pride in. The knowledge we have gained from farming and many years of class work has perfected our feed formula, giving you the best quality of meat available. We have also earned our North Carolina Beef quality Assurance Cedrtificate.
We feed our steers a special blend of grain as well as supplement with minerals on the same day to give them a balanced ration. This process enables our steers to grow to their fullest potential and allows us to give them the freshest feed available. During the day our steers are also fed a hay ration, which we grow right here on our farm. This process empowers us to produce the hightest quality of meat we wish to provide. We believe our program, comprised of feeding a combination of grain and hay assures that Wylin Grason steers gain weight at the proper rate of between 1,100 and 1,300 pound by the age of 15 months.
