Located in historic downtown Hendersonville, Square 1 Bistro serves French-American cuisine inspired by the bounty of local Appalachian products. Chef Joseph Lewis creates menus, small plates, and daily specials based on what is available fresh and in season. In house we prepare everything from demi glace to sour mix: hand pattied burgers to old world style sausages, all from scratch to highlight the excellence of the products.
