About
Us:
We are a 4th generation farm focused on producing high quality grass fed beef, marketing direct to the consumer.
We have Red Angus cattle from some of the top genetics in the US. Our cattle are raised and finished on green grass and clean water. They are all natural, meaning they have not been given growth hormones, antibiotics or anything synthetic.
We use a USDA inspected processing shop and all meat is labled, vacuum sealed and aged for freshness.
Meat can be purchased in whole, half or quarter section. A typical 1,100-1,200lb steer ussually yields 500-600lbs of processed meat with 30% steaks, 30% roasts, and 40% ground beef.
